- Jay Taranto
Jay has been involved with many different facets of carpentry since 1972. He established
J.T. Carpentry Company in 1978 when he became a subcontracter for Ryan Homes,
Inc. Jay expanded his company into home remodeling in 1989, offering custom additions
and home renovations in the Northern Virginia area.
- William Bern (Bernie)
Bernie has been part of the team since 1991. He grew up in the Northern Virginia area and
is a graduate of McLean High School. Bernie is well versed in all aspects of remodeling
and assumes the lead role on many jobs.
- Mario Henriquez
Mario has been with the company since 1997. He has learned quickly and is our chief
organizer. Mario knows where everything is and how many we have. In addition to his
carpentry skills, Mario makes it his personal responsibility to see to it that our
customers' comfort is his priority.
- Napoleon Otero (Napo)
Napo has been with the company since 2001. He is an experienced carpenter and has found that remodelers wear many hats. He has an eye for detail and does everything as if it were his own.
- Henri Ramirez
Henri has been with us since 2005 and is everyone’s extra set of hands. He is a tireless worker who always has a smile on his face and does not mind being on the business end of a jackhammer when the walls come tumbling down.
